Meet Our Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Jeffrey O. Holmes

  

Dr. Jeffrey O. Holmes, “A Champion for Children”, is a highly effective educator, leader, and coach. He has 30+ years of experience and expertise in public education, serving from the positions of substitute teacher to executive level leadership. Dr. Holmes has successfully led in two large urban school districts, namely Prince George’s County Public Schools in Maryland and District of Columbia Public Schools in Washington DC.  Additionally, Dr. Holmes has developed current and aspiring leaders in many school districts in the Washington Metropolitan area as an adjunct professor and guest lecturer with McDaniel College, The George Washington University and University of Maryland College Park. He possesses leadership awards, certificate and commendations. He is committed to ensuring children in urban schools receive an education of the highest caliber. Therefore, he uses his gifts, talents, and expertise to develop and build the capacity of educators serving in the most important roles to impact student achievement, teachers, and principals.
